Responsibilities

The incumbent will assist the Division Head to monitor the daily operation of the maintenance sales activities including:

• Explore new customers and business opportunities
• Promote company product and service
• Liaise with external and internal parties on issues related to the sales of lifts & escalators maintenance services
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
• Launch ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• At least 5 years’ sales experience in the engineering industry or E&M equipments/machinery
• Mature, good supervisory skills, excellent business sense and analytical mind
• Tactful, outgoing personality, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Photoshop and Chinese Word Processing
