Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update presentation materials, reports and tenancy documents
• Participate in execution of business plan(s); might require leasing negotiation if needed
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
• Prepare and maintain leasing database and filing system
• Handle Ad-hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good team player, detail-minded and self-driven
• Able to work under pressure with tight schedule and multiple tasks
• Degree holder preferably in Information System, Engineering or Real Estate
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• 2 years’ working experience in asset management / retail leasing with private equity fund/ / property developer / landlord
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
