Technical Representative

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal according to clients’ need.
• Complete the insurance application process for clients.
• Follow through all the outstanding/ pending of the policy until the policy is fully in force.
• Follow up client request and provide quality after-sales services.
• Work closely with business partners such as insurance companies and channels.
• Formulate and execute marketing plans and promotions to achieve company’s business target.
• Support ad-hoc works from time to time.

Qualifications 

• Degree holder with at least 2 years or more are relevant to insurance brokerage business.
• Pass the IIQE Certificate Paper 1 and 3.
• Extensive knowledge on insurance products and services
• Be familiar with the daily operation of insurance broker company.
• Good marketing skills and result oriented.
• Good communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written skills in English as well as Mandarin, and provision in Cantonese would be an advantage.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adaptive to change
