Job Description
Responsibility
- 2nd line of defense role, encompassing Cyber Risk and Technology Risk for the organization
- Involves Assurance Test across the group (including one or more of Distributed Ledger Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud computing, Internet of Things).
- Responsible to develop a Cybersecurity Assurance framework on emerging technologies.
- Develop strong relationships with key partners across both business and IT; be seen as a trusted security gatekeeper.
- Execute independent review, assess and follow-up test result including vulnerability scanning, penetration test and source code review.
- Consolidate and recommend strategic solution on repeated issues and emerging cyber risk.
- Develop thematic cybersecurity heatmap that can be applied within IT teams to understand risk and measure exposure. Execute emerging cyber risk reviews with IT teams based on that analysis.
- Develop positive relationship with global technology operational risk and other risk teams to execute globally in a virtual team environment.
- Understanding of business security practices, security controls and risk management concepts
- Understand OWSAP top 10 issues and risk implication.
Requirement
- BS or MS degree.
- CISSP or/and CISA.
- At least 8 years cyber risk management, or other applicable experience.
- Interest in driving a cyber risk management culture with key business and IT teams as well as shaping strategic use of Emerging Technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills; proven ability to influence
- Academic experience or hands on development experience in one or more emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Distributed Ledger Technology, Robotic Process Automation, Cloud computing a plus.
- Understanding of technology risk / cyber security frameworks (HKMA TM-G-1, HKMA CRAF) a plus.
