The successful candidate willwork in the Risk Management Team and manage the Enterprise Risk Management operations for the Group. He / She will co-ordinate regular risk assessments (including update of risk registers) and internal-control self assessments and review the assessment results. He / She will also assist in preparing relevant reports and papers toSenior Management andthe Audit Committee. Other duties include conducting consultancy reviews and research on specific risk or governance topics. He / She will also participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in risk management, finance, accounting or relevant disciplines
• Qualified FRM, CRMA, CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management, consultancy or external / internal auditing with accounting firm or reputable organizations
• Experience in property development industry will be an advantage
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Occasional overseas travel may be required
