Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform KYC/AML documentation review of new client onboarding/account opening and handle clients’ enquiries;
- Assist in mutual funds daily transaction execution and prepare relevant reports;
- Provide administrative support including data input, document filing and generate reports from system;
- Manage client/transaction/funds system reports and conduct periodical review for regulatory requirement;
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required such as system enhancement user acceptance testing.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above is preferred
- 3 years or above relevant experience, preferably in asset management
- Good knowledge on securities market, especially in mutual funds
- HKSFC type 1 representative license is a must
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good communication and proficiency in MS Office
