Responsibilities:

• Acquire and grow new customers base through effective relationship management to achieve the company’s sales target and business plan;
• Conduct KYC/AML for account opening process with focus on customers’ personal information, financial situation, investment experience and objectives;
• Analyze market information to construct suitable portfolio and review the performance periodically to meet clients' financial situation, risk tolerance and investment plan;
• Provide comprehensive customer service to clients and manage their accounts on an ongoing basis in order to satisfy their needs and compliance requirement;
• Engage in networking activities within our group in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan to enhance the customer referral effectiveness and in line with compliance.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE with 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
• 3 years or above relevant experience, preferably in mutual funds
• Good knowledge on securities market, especially in mutual funds
• Familiar with KYC/AML for account opening requirements
• HKSFC type 1 representative license is a must
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good communication and proficiency in MS Office
