The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing relationship with high net worth English speaking clients and providing financial advice aimed at capital preservation and wealth creation.

As part of business expansion in Asia, we are seeking a high caliber professional to join our international English speaking office. This is a senior role within wealth management.

Description

• To manage the total wealth of clients by matching investment products and financial services to the diverse needs of high net worth clients
• To achieve profit growth by developing existing client relationships and acquiring new clients
• To conduct financial reviews and provide tailored-made advice for wealth creation and capital preservation
• To interpret the changing needs of clients and deliver exceptional quality services to exceed expectations
• To coach, mentor and motivate team members on skillsets and activity planning
• To work collaboratively with other internal business partners to support branch improvement initiatives and increase client loyalty
• To maintain a high level of operational integrity and adhere to local and global compliance

Profile

• University degree in any discipline
• Solid years of experience in serving at a financial institution will be an advantage
• Expert knowledge in wealth products, both investment and insurance
• High level of customer centricity mindset and ability to develop long term client partnerships
• Proven track record and sales results in wealth products and portfolio management
• Effective communication, influencing and sales skills
• Proactiveness and ability to engage with colleagues, coach and manage designated support staff
• Strong awareness of operational risk, internal controls and compliance
• Good command of English
• International working experience will be an advantage
