Job Description
We are looking for a candidate to provide general administrative and clerical support to the Commercial team. Core duties include but are not limited to answering clients enquiries, gathering of information, data entry and database updates.
Job Requirements:
- Form 6 graduate or above.
- Minimum 3 years work experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A good, self-motivated team player who is dedicated to work and has a proactive attitude and possesses good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and complete tasks with high quality and accuracy.
- Immediately available preferred.
- Experience in working for MNCs preferred.
