- Handles all calls courtesouly and transfer calls accurately
- Provides updated telephone enquiries e.g. weather forecast
- Ensures all wake-up calls are fuilfilled efficiently and professionally
- Reports any emergency calls received calmly without delay and be familiar with hotel emergency procedures
- Monitors and checks all TV & Movie Channels are running smoothly
- Assists in reservations for outlets if necessary
- Enforces guests' privacy in accordance to hotel's rules & regulations
Job Requirement
- A minimum of higher diploma in Front Office Operation studies or Hospitality Management
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of related working experience
- Work independently in an organizing manner, hardworking & patient
- Excellent command in both spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
