Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement continuous data-mining and segmentation and to introduce effective tracking mechanism and analysis to improve key business drivers
• Maximize profitability and business volume through data-mining and effective business analytics
• Identify opportunities in generating sales through effective targeting and analyzing customer behaviors in the retail market of the bank including Credit Cards and Personal Loans products
• Participate actively in different projects

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Decision Science, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Over 6 years' experience, preferably in banking sector with Retail Lending products knowledge such as Credit Card and Personal Loan
• Experience working with complex customer data from multiple sources, database marketing and database management
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, MS Office (excel and Access) or VBA etc.
• Good analytical, supervisory and project management skills

Candidate with less experience can be considered as “Business Analytics Manager”
