• General clerical duties
• Handle daily entry & reports of CCASS Terminal & back office system;
• Daily corporate action & settlement instruction of CCASS;
• Reconcile daily & monthly stock holdings with CCASS & back office system;
• Handle physical scrip deposit and withdrawal with client;
• Documents filing; outdoor work will be required;
• Ad hoc assignments
