Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation and settlement functions of securities and futures (HK & Global) including trades matching & reconciliation, client deposits & withdrawal instructions, settlement instruction, EIPO & placing etc.
• Supervise daily settlement and ensure all activities are efficiently executed
• Prepare daily and monthly settlement reports and statements as well as other administrative duties
• Handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirement

• Tertiary Educated or equivalent with at least 3 years of related experience in settlement with knowledge in CCASS and DCASS operations
• Knowledge of CCASS/DCASS operations
• Familiar with some back-office system e.g. iAsia & SP
• Good PC skills in Word and Excel
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English , Chinese and Putonghua

*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Settlement Officer
