Job Description
Responsibility: -
- Provide daily ultrasound clinical application
- Provide sales & technical support, training, troubleshooting, complaint investigation & solving, and consultation to salesforce & customers for ultrasound machine.
- Support is given to customers and salesforce by telephone or sites visits.
- Shows teamwork and cooperation with sales & services teams, removes barriers to productivity.
- Support the launch of new products.
- Collaborates with sales team to penetrate market.
Requirements:
- BSc in Radiography or equivalent
- Registered with the Hong Kong Radiographers Board
- Holder of valid Annual Practicing Certificate
- Registered sonographer of ARDMS / ASDR or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in hospitals or healthcare centre
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
