Responsibilities:

• Responsible for co-ordination site works and managing drawings, materials, method statement submission processing；
• Monitor site operation, quality of work progress and workmanship on site；
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely completion of the project；
• Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors on site；
• Liaison and coordinate with Architect / Consultants on drawings and material submissions, etc. issues；
• Prepare method statements；
• Prepare programme and work schedules；
• Responsible for the coordination of design & site work；
• Plan and mobilize site works to fulfill the requirements of main contractor.

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Building Construction Engineering or related disciplines；
• At least 3 years relevant experience in builder works in Main Contractors；
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD.
