Job Description

Job Descriptions:

To prepare the sub-contract interim payment
To prepare the budget for sub-contractor
To prepare valuations of variations
To prepare the submission, negotiation and settlement of variations with sub-contractor
Routine reports for sub-contractors liability

Job Requirements:

Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or relevant disciplines.
10+ years relevant work experience, including 5 years in civil engineering projects for main contractor.
Experience in income aspects, preparing provisional variation orders and missing items
Experience in claims preparation is preferred
Member of RICS/HKIS is an advantage.
Good leadership and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage).
Working Location: Hong Kong Project Sites
