Responsibilities:

• Responsible for arrangement of renovation work and compliance of statutory order for residential units in Hong Kong
• To lead a team of site staff to carry out repair and maintenance work
• Responsible for condition survey, quotation preparation, contract administration
• Supervise the project implementation
• Ensure the performance of contractors fulfilled the statutory requirement and achieve the company standard
• Liaise and coordinate with government departments, internal teams to ensure the project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in building studies, building surveying or related disciplines
• Knowledge in relevant government regulations
• At least 7 years related experience in building renovation and fitting out project
• Independent, initiative, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Property Officer
