Our client is a leading international cosmetics company and are looking for a retail designer to join their team based in Hong Kong.

• Min. 3 years’ experience in the retail design (preferred)
• Design and construction background
• Proficient to AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop

Job Description

Functions and Responsibilities

• Own and Manage the design, planning and implementation of the TR projects
• Communicate with project stakeholders regarding to schedule, quality, cost and project relate matters
• Provide and manage design, technical and 3D drawings for review and submission
• Monitor the project schedule and timeline; oversee construction process and workmanship
• Manage project budget, cost analysis
• Manage liaison with internal team, vendors for the project execution
• Take part in logistic support on materials and fixture
• Carry out furniture production inspection and sign off project completion

Experiences/Competencies Required

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the retail design and construction, cosmetic industry experience is a plus
• Design and construction background, preferably University graduate in Architecture/ Construction/ Interior Design
• Proficient to MS office software (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Proficient to AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 3D Max is a plus
• Good planning and organization skills
• Focused, efficient, skilled in transversal projects and multitask environment
• Able to delegate with different teams
• Willing to travel regionally
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges
• Team player, strong problem solver with flexible mind
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, any Asian languages an asset
