Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing, performing project works and delivering projects service
• Prepare system documentation to govern the service delivery process
• Conduct supporting activities such as internal workshops, seminars and client visits
• Perform environmental and sustainability assessment, management system audits, verification and assessment
• Maintain and implement all certification processes (from contract review to certification maintenance)
• Provide training material development, review, update and training service delivery

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with research experience
• Minimum 3 years related working experience in environmental/ sustainability in construction sector
• Knowledge in operation and project management
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to travel
