Job Description

• Takes charge of all master key issuance and return according to The Mira standards and key inventory of each shift end
• Takes charge of all lost and found articles being kept safe and maintained a clear record of lost and found according to the policy and procedure
• Handles all lost and found correspondence and guest inquiry both in writing and over telephone
• Maintains a concise and precise record of all in coming calls and notifies the staff of inter departments and/or sections to provide quality services according to standards
• Co-ordinates with Front Office and Guest Relations on the VIP guests’ pre-arrangement and/or special attention to certain guests are extended by Housekeeping Supervisors and Housekeeping Services Agents
• Co-ordinates with Front Office on the guest room status update, and notifies Housekeeping Supervisors and Housekeeping Services Agents to ensure rooms are ready prior to guest arrival
• Co-ordinates with Housekeeping Supervisors and Engineering Department on the repair work to take place in guestrooms to ensure room condition being maintained in order
   

Job Requirement

• F.5 or above
• A minimum of 1 year related experience
• Good command of spoken English & Chinese
