Job Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms of the Association, including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo and Youtube etc.;
• Work closely with internal teams and external parties to maintain the regular social media publishing schedule;
• Hand on experience on EDM dispatch and design with provided content;
• Execute social media campaigns and ensure the projects are delivered on time and on budget;
• Provide support on other digital projects development, such as website, app, and other internal system, from gathering user requirements, developing project plans, implementation, UAT to vendor management;
• Provide support for conducting marketing research, analysis, reporting and other relates tasks;
• Handle telephone and email enquiries regarding to the related projects;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information System / Digital Media or related field with 1-2 years relevant working experience;
• Experience in major social media platforms;
• Competency in Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design is preferred;
• Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro, or other video editing software is an advantage;
• Skillful in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good organizing and communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Self-motivated, wall-organized and work independently;
• Able to work under pressure with multi-tasks;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
