Responsibilities

 -Responsible for facility maintenance, coordination site works and managing drawings, material, method statement submission processing

-Supervise a small team of in house artisans 

-Monitor the site operation, quality of work progress and workmanship on site.

-Liaise with contractors and suppliers for timely completion of project.

Requirements

-Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related discipline.

-At least2 - 3 years experience in building project management.

-Candidate with higher qualifications will be posted to Project Co-ordinator
