Responsibilities:

- Providing assistance and support to the members of Project Team
- Supervision of site works covering ELS, foundation, building construction, plumbing and   drainage, HVAC, fire services, electrical services etc. to ensure that they are constructed in   conformity with the Contract Requirements
- Coordination with different parties in respect of various project activities
- Handling of site reports and documents

- Monitoring of site progress

 Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Construction or Engineering
- Min 8 years solid experience in handling construction works
- Conversant with building work quality procedure, able to monitor site works, inspect and  report concisely

- Employment will be on a 1-year contract basis with potential to extend or transfer to permanent employment subject to work performance
