Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance and repairing works for building and E&M installations
- Monitor the performance of outside contractors for maintenance and repairing works
- Handle enquiries on technical problems, procurement and budget estimation
- Ensure all maintenance activities and operations of building facilities are properly maintained
- Set up standard procedures and control systems to ensure they are strictly comply with rules and regulations
- Prepare tender documents and technical procedures for maintenance projects and analysis reports
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, E&M or equivalent disciplines
- Certificate / Diploma in Architecture / Building Studies / Building Surveying / Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in property / facilities management, previous working experience in property management company is preferable
- Proven experience in tendering work on building services system is a plus
- Knowledge of building services installation, testing and commissioning and relevant statutory regulations
- Good problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS applications, good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
