The Procurement Manager will review our current purchasing system and formulate the best practice to improving and developing a good solutions that will optimize all food & beverage category while reducing total purchasing costs.

Responsibilities includes: - 

• Work with Product Development and Restaurant Operations Team to review and analyze procurement needs and develop procurement and contracting and recommend products for overall cost efficiency;
• Give support to Finance about all Supply Chain Finance and Accounting matters
• Find cost savings in overall supply chain through analytical work, dissecting each step of the process
• Tracking and tracing all required information over the company cost of sales, spending, budget, forecast and savings on cost saving reports to Management 
• Conduct situational review and carry out market and supplier research to support execution of procurement strategies
• Provide advice on sourcing and procurement procedures and best practices regarding purchasing activities, whilst ensuring compliance with corporate governance
• Manage the overall quotation and tender process for food and beverage purchases, prepare relevant tender documentation, including invitation documents, evaluation criteria, contract drafting, assessment reports, etc
• Manage suppliers relationship to support sustainable business growth
• Developing annual and long term sourcing plan to identify saving opportunities to help the company on cost management as well as to meet the saving targets
• Support procurement on ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in, Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• Fluency in English communication is mandatory; good Cantonese and Mandarin preferred.
• Major supply chain savings realized in the past work.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Aware of global food cost trends and international requirements.
• Have used similar or same systems: Revel, Fourth, Starchef, and other inventory systems.
• 7 years’ relevant experience in food and beverage sourcing and procurement in sizeable organizations, specializing in hospitality industry is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and give constructive advice to the workings of the department and its processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external customers.
• Being an entrepreneur and able to drive changes, influence people at all levels to collaborate and be innovative in creating synergies.
• Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang (2 mins from MTR station).
