Job Description

Job Tasks:
- Maximize sales profit by formulating and reviewing sales strategies
- Implement effective sales strategies meeting sales target, driving conversion rate and average ticket value
- Provide on-job training about customer service and wine knowledge to staff
- Present sales report and sales planning to senior management regularly
- Monitor daily shop operation and inventory control
- Ensure store presentation and VM standards align with company standards
- Ad-hoc duties assigned
Our expectations:
- WSET level 3 holder
- 5 years of experience in wine retail industry, with 2 years in management level
- Fluent in English and fluent in Mandarin
- Aggressive, proactive, passionate in wine industry
- Open for non-local candidate
