Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Serves food and beverage to guests and delights guest by providing gracious service;
- Presents drink lists and recommend beverages and drinks (Tea, Coffee & others) as required;
- Delivery the excellent guest service, anticipates guests’ needs and exceeds guests’ expectations;
- Maintain adequate controls to achieve company's sales targets and cost control budget;
- Responsible for Food & beverage promotions / campaigns to drive revenue and meet the departmental objectives;
- Assist and support art events and special functions.
Job Requirements
- Holder of certificate/diploma in Hotel and Catering Operations or related discipline will be an advantage;
- Experience in coffee / food and beverage is required with café / restaurant operations will be an advantage;
- Customer-oriented with good communication and inter-personal skills both in English and Chinese;
- Strong sense of service and good customer interaction skills;
- Knowledge in computer literate & P.O.S. System;
- Immediate available is preferable.
