You are expected to:-

• Provide high-quality customer service to and ensure guest satisfaction;

• Assist in front desk daily operations including registration, cashier, email enquiries, phone calls, data updating and travel advice;

• Assist and escort guest with their belongings to and from the room;

• Provide tourist assistance, direction and sightseeing information to the guests;

• Coordinate transportation arrangement to the guests;

• Ensure the check-in/check-out procedures and services are up to standard;

• Liaise with various departments to ensure operation smoothness and service excellence.

You are nice to have:-

• Diploma / Certificate Holder in Hospitality or Tourism Management or related disciplines;

• Minimum 2 years’ guest service experience in front office operation, preferably in 5-star Hotel in Hong Kong;

• Customer-focused, energetic, detailed-oriented, pleasant personality with good interpersonal & communication skills and can be a good team player;

• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;

• Knowledge in using Microsoft Office;
