Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries on Inbound Tours and hotel bookings,
• Itinerary planning, price quotation , tour and transportation arrangement etc;
• Liaise with suppliers, venders as well as guests / clients and maintain good relationship with them,
• Database update and general clerical support.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, preferable with Diploma in Travel and Tourism;
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office application;
• Service-oriented, excellent customer relationship & able to work independently; &
• Good team player and able to work under pressure with tight timelines,
• Candidates with no working experience but with interest in Travel industry will also be considered
