Job Description
Job Duties:
- Perform helpdesk support to end-users in person or over the phone
- Isolate problems occurred and co-ordinate with external vendors on software inquiries and maintenance
- Use ticketing system to record and update all user requests and reported problems in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in IT or related discipline
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in supporting computers and networks
- Good working knowledge in Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and desktop support
- Experience in Windows/Apple OS, MS Desktop Applications, financial software, McAfee Client, MDM, problem diagnosis tools, remote support tools
- Customer-oriented, good problem solving skill
- Proficiency in spoken and written of English and Chinese (Cantonese)
