Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed system analysis, problem diagnosis, propose, develop and implement IT solutions
• Responsible for the setup, administration and support of various technical platforms including server, end user devices, mobile, networking, etc.
• Assist in provision of consultancy based on information technology and industry expertise
• Prepare requirement specifications of IT solutions
• Monitor service provision of IT solutions
• Prepare cases for testing IT solutions Maintain system documentations and reports of IT solutions

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in IT systems implementation and support is essential
• Experience in Healthcare related industry is preferred
• Experience in Oracle ERP is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Compensation and Employment Terms
