Job Description
Responsibilities:
~ Provide end-users technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, and other computer services;
~ Monitor and maintain Server and network;
~ Ensure that escalated technical problems are prioritized and follow up actions to fault cases are completed in a timely manner
Requirements:
~ F.5 Graduate or related discipline in Information Technology or equivalent;
~ At least 1 year’s working experience in technical support role;
~ Knowledge in supporting the PC/LAN/WAN, systems and applications;
~ Knowledge of basic networking – (Configure IP, Gateway);
~ Good communication skills, hard-working and can work independently
