Senior Support Engineer

• Qualification in Information Technology or related discipline
• Provide (proactive) IT system support to our customers, in areas such as operating system, storage, database, backup and DR solutions
• Compiling reports and writing up documentation of support-related information for our premium support customers (mostly mid-size and up corporate companies in Hong Kong)
• Required skills:
  • UNIX-like system and Windows Server administration
  • Good understanding of general IT Infrastructure, seeing how various components of today’s IT infrastructure work together
  • Troubleshooting skills and documentation skills
• On-job training will be provided to prepare the employed candidate to meet the skill requirements of our customers
• Package commensurate with experience
