Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and report status updates promptly
• Understand and communicate user requirements effectively to IT developer
• Create and maintain project schedules, identify activities, sequences, dependencies and associated resource requirements for project milestones
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Define, communicate and monitor quality standards for all project deliverables
• Meet with vendors and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide comprehensive support to project documentation, plans and reports
• Provide guidelines and ensure proper User Acceptance Testing
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in IT Project Management
• Sound knowledge and experience in the latest technology trends in web and mobile apps development
• Proven capability in handling interface with server and data security 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills  
• Strong time management, problem solving and analytical skills
• Well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
