Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and report status updates promptly
- Understand and communicate user requirements effectively to IT developer
- Create and maintain project schedules, identify activities, sequences, dependencies and associated resource requirements for project milestones
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Define, communicate and monitor quality standards for all project deliverables
- Meet with vendors and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide comprehensive support to project documentation, plans and reports
- Provide guidelines and ensure proper User Acceptance Testing
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
- 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in IT Project Management
- Sound knowledge and experience in the latest technology trends in web and mobile apps development
- Proven capability in handling interface with server and data security
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management, problem solving and analytical skills
- Well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
