Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the e-commerce platform across regions
• Architect the e-commerce platform and its related applications (CMS/OMS/DAM/GA etc..);
• Liaise with business partners to develop & enhance the online platform that can support company’s goal
• Lead a team of developers and collaborate with business users in implementing various digital campaigns and biz initiatives
• Ensure UI/UX can meet company’s standard to fulfil customer’s expectation
• Embrace Agile mind-set in developing digital asset (from ideation, prototypes, wireframes, development, testing, and post implementation support);
• Guide developers in ensuring best practices in development can be achieved;
• Keep up with the latest technology trends and apply to company wherever appropriate in order to meet the ever-growing customer expectation.

Requirements:

• University graduate and above in IT related disciplines;
• A least 5 years of solid experience in application development with ASP.NET, MS SQL, VB, C#, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other web development languages;
• Experience in e-commerce business is preferred;
• Strong commercial acumen and good problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, UX/UI and web analytics tools
• Good knowledge in Cloud technology have an advantage (e.g. Azure)
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese with strong interpersonal skills
