Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBITY:

Complete merchant on boarding process
Work with 3rd party supplier to organise product deployment
Level 2 technical and operation support via telephone
Handle inquiries & customers compliant
Ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
Might need to work on shift

JOB REQUIREMENT:

High Diploma holder in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Basic knowledge in computer networking
Experience in Helpdesk / Customer Services will be an advantage
Customer oriented mindset, and good telephone manner
Good verbal and written communication in English, Chinese and Mandarin
Independent and self-motivated character
Eager to learn and outgoing personality
Shift duty will be required
