Responsibilities

• Provide SAP Finance (FICO) solution architecture design through business requirement translation
• Lead/Support the SAP FICO implementation and implement SAP improvement projects as required
• Gather requirements, implement projects, assist in UAT and training, and develop functional specifications;
• Learn the ins and outs of the existing solutions and identify potential improvement opportunities for system integrations
• Elicit and effectively communicate internal and external customer requirements for system and process changes
• Troubleshoot issues to determine whether process, ABAP or configuration changes are needed
• Establish process performance measurements to be able to constantly monitor, control and report end-to-end process performance

Requirements

• Bachelor or above in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years proven practical experience in SAP FICO modules implementation and configuration.
• Good understanding of Finance business processes and accounting practices
• Strong people and project management skills with experience in managing external vendors, as well as delivering multi-projects in parallel.
• Experience with MM, SD, and ABAP programming is a plus;
• Retail background is preferred;
• Good Project Management skills
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Good documentation and report writing skill
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as “Assistant Project Manager"
