Job Description
Job Summary:
- Responsible for logging incidents, changes and issues in Service Desk systems - Various sources (alerts/phone/email)
- Perform tape changes, systems monitoring, environment monitoring as required
- Escalate issues to support staff and engineering teams
- Prepare reports from the various back office systems
Preferred Skills/Education:
- Diploma/Cert or above in Information Technology or equivalent qualifications with at least 3 years working experience in data center environment
- Previous experience of an Operations environment, a Service Desk environment,
- Strong willingness to develop long-term career path in the company
- Willing to perform 7x24 shift duty
- Good telephone manner and communication skills in Chinese; business English
- Good communication skill in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- HK permanent resident is required
