Job Description:
- Troubleshooting operating systems for PC network and server’s problem
- Provide support in IT infrastructure (i.e. servers. Desktops and other peripherals)
- Provide support for server and desktop on different platform
- Support for general office applications for desktop, server .
Job Requirements:
- Good problem-solving skill and communication skills
- 1-2 year of relevant working experience in IT supporting role is desired
- Good command in English & Cantonese
- Knowledge in Windows Server and networking.
- Troubleshooting operating systems and servers
