Responsibilties:

• Manage engineering project which includes budgeting, solution design and customer management.
• Supervise the construction, testing and commissioning of E&M systems on data center construction projects.
• Manage and ensure timely delivery of all contractor's deliverables.
• Plan and derive the long-term development strategy of the data center
• Perform day-to-day business operation, customer solution design and service delivery of the data center.
• Provide data center presales support
• Handle ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• A good knowledge of project management and facilities management
• 5 years working experience in M&E industry
• Bachelor Degree in Building Services and Electrical engineering or equivalent
• Good communication skills and Customer service skills
• Good understanding of technology issues and able to take up new technologies
• Excellent written communication and verbal presentation skill in both English and Chinese(Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Solid experience in data center contruction project, contractor tender and management, testing and commissioning will be an advantage
• Working experience in Data Center and IT support will be an advantage

• Willing to work over-time
