Role: Sr Test Manager
Experience required: 10+ years
Languages known: English and Cantonese/ Mandarin mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end testing of IFRS17 program globally concurrently running in 10 markets across Asia, EU, and LATAM. Senior profile who has to communicate to very senior level management with the bank
- Creating Test Strategy , Test plans
- Perform analysis to ensure business requirements are met
- Identify Test coverage and working with business teams to prioritize the requirements
- Effective written and oral communication and influencing skills and has experience working with Senior level management and reporting
- Strong insurance domain knowledge and IFRS17 experience
Requirement:
- Strong insurance experience and IFRS17 program experience
- Strong experience in Testing
