Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform configuration, troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of hardware and software, network systems and IT equipment
- Provide onsite support for end users on all IT related issues
- Perform technical evaluation for new or upgrade projects
- Assist in office/IDC network design, project support and ad hoc technical assignments as required
- Assist with connecting devices to the network including: servers, workstations, printers, scanners, etc.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, fluent in Mandarin and English will be an advantage
Requirement:
- Diploma in related disciplines
- 2 years or above experience in managing LAN and WAN networks, involving devices such as routers, switches, firewall, Network Access Control appliances
- Experience in TCP/IP, LAN/LAN, network infrastructure, Active Directory and security technology
- Perform daily monitoring of IT system health status
- Proactive and self-motivated with good trouble-shooting and communication skills
- Experience in supporting retail shop will be an advantage
- CCNA/CCNP or other network security certificate holder will be an advantage
