Responsibilities include:

Description

Provide leadership between agents and Supervisor, serves as an escalation point for agents in all offices for the Client Support team. Secondary supervisor responsibilities, Prioritizing and marking the FIT box, adjusting rates, allocation table etc. Assist with team members training, answering question and will work on building team knowledge for new products and destination .Works closely with FIT Department Manager and Supervisor. Skills required includes: organization, ability to prioritize own workload, quickly able to solve problems on the spot via phone and/or email, able to communicate professionally via phone as well as strong writing skills. Good writing English skills to be able to present messages to travel agents professionally. Overall, assisting travel inquiries and/or problems during travel. Travel to assist either offices in training, gain knowledge of new products or trade shows as needed.

Objectively Measurable Requirements (education, work experience, computer skills, etc.) 

Intermediate Windows Microsoft programs which includes Outlook, Excel, and Word. Other GDS system experience preferred (i.e. Amadeus, Galileo). One year of travel agency or customer service experience and/or hospitality industry preferred.  

Subjective Requirements: 

Intermediate level problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service skills and able to Multi-task throughout day Ability to work individually as well as part of team environment and responsible for work assigned and follow through. Positive attitude and flexibility to shift priorities/hours if needed. Strong writing skills (English) and strong will to deal with customer service issues. Native speaker of other languages are also welcome.

Work Schedule:

Sundays- Thursdays, 5 days work a week, office working hour.
