Job Responsibilities:

• Design and set up our IT environment in our office site, including printers, projectors, telephones and other IT-related equipment.
• Monitor and maintain office computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Resolve complex issues that may not be well documented, and apply your knowledge to improving and creating support procedures and documentation.
• Manage our IT assets through the entire lifecycle, including purchasing, repairs, and secure disposal.
• Ensure the safe and stable operation of IT system, organization and coordination for all information systems security checks.

Position Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in a Computer Science, information security or related disciplines with 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT support.
• Familiar with principles of computer composition, parts identification and fault diagnosis, with the ability to desktop, notebook troubleshooting independently.
• Have understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, OSI Model, DNS, VRRP, MSTP, OSPF, routing policy, SSL, Qos, and so on.
• Familiar with the IT service management system, strong problem discovery, analysis and solving skills.
• An understanding and awareness of security standards.
• If work before in ICBC, HSBC, CITIC, Fubon, etc is an Advantage
