Our client, A famous Investment Consulting Company is now seeking experienced candidates to join its team as Legal & Compliance Assistant Manager / Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in preparing, reviewing, arranging and filing legal documents for ongoing operations and transactions
• Assist in fund management and compliance affairs
• Assist in the government regulatory affairs
• Responsible in conducting legal research and providing legal advice on PRC related matters 
• Coordinate with internal approvals & execution and filing of PRC related documents
• Liaise with external lawyers and agents on any outsourced work
• Assist in any related company secretarial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Law or above
• Good Knowledge in PRC legislations and legal principles; PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate is a MUST
• At least 3 years legal-related work experience; Law firm working experience is an advantage
• Willing to learn, dedicated, committed and attentive to details
• Good team player, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal skills and commercial awareness
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is a MUST and Cantonese would be an advantage
• Immediate available is preferable
