Job Description
Our client, A famous Investment Consulting Company is now seeking experienced candidates to join its team as Legal & Compliance Assistant Manager / Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in preparing, reviewing, arranging and filing legal documents for ongoing operations and transactions
- Assist in fund management and compliance affairs
- Assist in the government regulatory affairs
- Responsible in conducting legal research and providing legal advice on PRC related matters
- Coordinate with internal approvals & execution and filing of PRC related documents
- Liaise with external lawyers and agents on any outsourced work
- Assist in any related company secretarial matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law or above
- Good Knowledge in PRC legislations and legal principles; PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate is a MUST
- At least 3 years legal-related work experience; Law firm working experience is an advantage
- Willing to learn, dedicated, committed and attentive to details
- Good team player, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good interpersonal skills and commercial awareness
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is a MUST and Cantonese would be an advantage
- Immediate available is preferable
