Job Description
Our client is a health and wellness company. They are inviting candidates to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for carrying out IT technical support work and IT daily operation tasks
- Perform on-site IT support including hardware diagnostic, operating system, application installation/configuration and IT system/application problem trouble shooting
- Perform regular tasks including system health checking and maintenance
- Work with vendors to resolve relevant IT problems
- Provide system training and support to the end users
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related
- 2 years or above of Desk-side / Server-side support experience
- Knowledge in VMware / Cisco network / Cloud (AWS/Azure) knowledge will be advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Good command in both English and Cantonese
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- More experience will be considered as Senior position
