Duties:

• Perform system maintenance & support, vendor monitoring, IT security risk assessment & audit, end-user IT support, progress reporting, etc.) and other administrative works for different IT projects
• Participant / Assist in network/system architecture design, network/system/OA implementation, on-going network/system administration, hardware and software upgrade and system documentation
• Liaise with different parties including end users, contractors, computer operators
• Perform any other duties assigned by his/her supervisors

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Hands-on experience in support activities with backend network/servers and frontend PC/notebook/mobile devices
• Solid hands-on experience in Windows & Linux servers / VMware virtualization, LAN/WAN networking, network device management and PC management
• Experience in IT security solution design, server-side and endpoint IT security solutions, IT security risk assessment & audit and familiar with Government IT security policies and guidelines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• With less experience will be considered as Junior System Engineer
