Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of help-desk service and user support for the group company.
- Manage all network service, IT equipment and infrastructure.
- Responsible for update and renew all IT software for the group company, as well as system backup.
- Responsible for any IT related project.
- Assist in company web site management.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in IT servicing or related disciplines.
- 2-3 years IT suppot related working experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduate can be considered as a IT support Assistant.
- Strong sense in corporate IT support.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill is a must.
- Well-organized, good initiative and self-motivated.
- Immediately available is preferred.
