Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide a full range of professional administrative support to senior management, such as emails, meeting & conference coordination
- Assist senior management to track, monitor and report on all aspects of business activities
- Support the senior management in delivering top-notch, accurate and on-time outputs by proof-reading various documents predominantly proposals, reports, presentations
- Support any ad-hoc tasks from senior management
Requirements:
- University graduate in Actuarial or Business Administration
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, well presented and proactive
- High levels of organization, prioritization, problem solving and planning skills in managing parallel work streams
- Able to work independently, responsible, confident, detailed-minded and with good analytical skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
