Department: Marketing and Training Dept.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor the implementation of business strategy plan so as to drive banks to achieve sales targets
• Drive initiatives and offer quality sales support service to banks
• Enhance and maintain a good relationship with banks
• Identify and explore new business opportunities by means of different distribution channels
• Prepare reports, market analysis and liaising for business continuity plan
• Support internal and external company events

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline(s)
• At least 2 years relevant experience in life insurance industry, preferably from insurance companies or banks
• Sales experience in insurance or financial planning a definite advantage
• Familiar with bancassurance and good knowledge of insurance industry and financial planning profession
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills since the role requires constant communication with internal and external customers
• Able to work independently, a mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation, good business sense, remarkable problem solving skills, good interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
